We are not a real estate broker, property manager, legal advisor, or financial institution unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may need to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities conducted through your account
• Providing accurate registration information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Contain false information
• Engage in suspicious or abusive activity

4. Property Listings

Users who post listings agree that:

5. User Responsibilities

• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Use automated bots or scraping tools
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform

Any violation may result in account suspension, legal action, or permanent bans.

6. Payments and Transactions

Unless otherwise stated:

• Home Rent does not directly participate in rental agreements between users
• We are not responsible for payment disputes between landlords and tenants
• Users are solely responsible for verifying property details before making payments

If the Platform introduces paid services, subscription plans, or promotional listings in the future:

• Pricing will be clearly disclosed
• Fees may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time

7. Communication Between Users

The Platform may allow direct communication between landlords and tenants.

You acknowledge that:

• We do not monitor every communication
• We are not responsible for user behavior
• Users interact at their own risk

We encourage users to verify identities and inspect properties before entering agreements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Branding
• Design
• Software
• Text
• Graphics
• Features

is owned by or licensed to Home Rent and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Distribute
• Reverse engineer
• Commercially exploit
• Any part of the Platform without written permission

9. User-Generated Content

By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Promote
• Distribute

such content for operating and marketing the Platform.

You remain the owner of your content.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may collect and process information such as:

• Account information
• Property listing data
• Device and usage information
• Communication data

You should publish a separate Privacy Policy page alongside these Terms.

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Home Rent and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

15. Account Suspension and Termination

without prior notice if we believe a user violated these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
